At Bright Wheel Services, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide exceptional car wash and detailing services. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our refund policy below.
Customers who are dissatisfied with a completed service should contact us within 24 hours of the service. We will review the concern and may offer a re-service or, if appropriate, approve a refund.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to management approval.
Once a refund has been approved, it will be processed within 1 to 3 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
Whenever possible, Bright Wheel Services reserves the right to inspect the issue and offer a complimentary re-cleaning or corrective service before issuing a refund.
Refunds will generally not be issued in the following situations:
The service was completed as requested.
The customer failed to report concerns within 24 hours.
Dissatisfaction is based on expectations beyond the purchased service.
Permanent stains, scratches, paint defects, or existing vehicle damage that cannot be removed through professional cleaning.
Delays caused by weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Appointments cancelled before the scheduled service time may be eligible for a full refund if payment was made in advance. Missed appointments or cancellations made after the service has begun may not qualify for a refund.
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible. We do not provide cash refunds for payments made by credit card or other electronic payment methods.
